1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the apldo platform in any manner, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept and will comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of apldo, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person who accesses apldo's content in any form.

apldo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, apldo will provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of apldo following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "apldo" refers to the online gaming platform operated at apldo.cam, including all games, services, tools, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access apldo's real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's apldo Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific apldo promotion.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing apldo's gaming operations under Philippine law.
• "Real Money Funds" means PHP-denominated funds deposited by a Player via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other approved payment methods and held in the Player's Account.
• "Platform" refers collectively to apldo.cam, its mobile-optimized interface, and all games and services accessible therethrough.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an apldo Account and engage in real-money gaming on the platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and enforced by PAGCOR's regulatory framework. apldo takes underage access seriously and will immediately suspend any Account where there is reasonable cause to believe the registered user is under 21 years of age, pending identity verification.

3.2 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible to register and use apldo, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register Player Accounts);
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR;
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; and
• Not already hold a registered apldo Account under any identity.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold a single apldo Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. apldo uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

apldo is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to permitting real-money withdrawals and certain other account features. Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, or UMID Card) as part of the KYC process. apldo may also request proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apldo Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service;
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number;
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Not sharing your credentials with any third party under any circumstances; and
• Not accessing apldo on unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without a verified private connection.

apldo will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to apldo's support team immediately.

You agree to notify apldo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. apldo accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

apldo supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction thresholds published on the apldo platform from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. apldo processes deposits as promptly as technically feasible; GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your apldo Balance instantly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the banking institution's processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. apldo does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. apldo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals in excess of defined thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations under Philippine law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

apldo offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Promotions are available to eligible, verified apldo Players only, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds — the applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• apldo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per Player Account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses credited in error do not constitute an enforceable entitlement and will be reversed upon discovery; and
• Any Player found to be abusing promotional terms — including through multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or coordinated bonus farming — will have their bonus entitlements forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the apldo platform — including live casino table games, slot machines, bingo, fishing arcade games, and coin games — operate under specific game rules published within each respective game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

apldo's games are independently certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR certification requirements. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for virtual games are statistically verified to be random and unpredictable. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers from certified studio facilities under continuous PAGCOR oversight.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apldo platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one apldo Account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in apldo's platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through apldo;
• Accessing apldo from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Accessing apldo while registered on any self-exclusion database; and
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with apldo's platform, servers, or other Players' gaming experience.

9 Responsible Gaming

apldo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered apldo Players through their Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that the system enforces automatically. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session reaches a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period without requiring justification;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from apldo at any time. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and no inducement or persuasion will be used to dissuade a Player from self-excluding; and
• Reality Checks: Net win/loss summaries are displayed at regular intervals during active gaming sessions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the apldo platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, graphics, interface design, written content, and data — is the exclusive property of apldo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apldo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any apldo content without prior written consent from apldo.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, apldo shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities — arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the apldo platform.

apldo's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits apldo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

apldo collects, processes, and stores Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an apldo Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

apldo complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their Personal Data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Data privacy requests may be directed to [email protected].

13 Account Suspension & Termination

apldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• apldo suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account;
• A Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require apldo to restrict the Player's access; or
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under Section 9.

Upon lawful termination of an Account for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct or fraud, apldo will return any remaining Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds held at the time of account closure are non-refundable.

Players may voluntarily close their apldo Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and apldo, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through apldo's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected]. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

apldo may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — apldo will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the platform's notification system and/or by email to Players' registered email addresses. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the apldo platform at apldo.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent substantive changes took effect. Your continued use of the apldo platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
