Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, apldo must have a la wful basis for each processing activity. The legal bases apldo relies upon are:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you accepted when registering — including account management, payment processing, and gaming operations;

apldo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Payment Service Providers

6.3 Game Content Providers
apldo works with licensed game content providers whose software powers our gaming library. These providers may receive pseudonymised gameplay data (such as session identifiers and bet amounts) strictly for the purpose of game operation, technical support, and RNG auditing. Personal identifiers are not shared with game providers beyond what is technically necessary.
6.4 KYC Verification Services
apldo may engage third-party identity verification services to assist with KYC compliance checks. Any such provider is contractually bound to process your identity documents solely for verification purposes and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.

apldo's services are strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older in compliance with Philippine gaming law. apldo does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.
